• If you need to change /cancel your appointment, PLEASE CANCEL within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment • If you do not canceled or show up for your appointment (No Call /No show) your deposit will automatically be forfeited and can’t be transferred to a future service. Booking Policy: PLEASE NOTE ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE • A $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment date/time and go towards your service. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking • Clients should arrive with hair freshly shampooed, dry and oil free for best results of service. This also improves the longevity of your style. Late Policy: • After your 15 minutes grace period you will be charge a late fee of $15.00 • If you arrive 20 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.
